Basic Info (Vendor Tickets) |
The Basic Info tab enables you to display and define identifying information about an organization’s vendor tickets.
Tip: To limit the display of information in the grid and maximize performance, use the filter. You can sort on vendor ID and name.
The field in the top section of this tab defines the data that displays.
Vendor ticket number
Identifier of the vendor ticket currently selected in the grid or that you are defining.
Data in the fields in the bottom section of the tab define basic information about the vendor ticket. Unless otherwise indicated, these fields are required.
User ID
This field is set to the logged in user.
Vendor ID
This field contains a choice-list. Select the Vendor ID associated with the Vendor Ticket. Once selected, the description will auto-populate in the field to the right. This field becomes required after the state is transitioned to AWAITING ASSIGNMENT. For more information, see Outsourced Maintenance Status.
Outsourced maintenance status ID
This field contains a choice-list. Select the appropriate Outsourced maintenance status for the Vendor Ticket. These statuses are configured using Outsourced Maintenance Status.
Priority
This field contains a choice-list that contains 3 options, LOW, MEDIUM, and HIGH. One must be selected as the appropriate Priority status for the Vendor Ticket.
Ticket date and time
This field contains a date and time picker. One must be selected to identify the appropriate date and time the Vendor Ticket was entered.
Operator ID
Select the appropriate ID for the operator for this Vendor Ticket. This field contains a choice-list. This field can be set to record the Operator requesting the ticket for vended work.
Name
Name associated with the operator. This field is a text box.
Phone Number
Operator telephone number. This field is a text box.
Email address
Operator e-mail address. This field is a text box.
Contact use
This field contains a choice-list. Select the appropriate Contact use for this operator.
Equipment ID
This field contains a choice-list of active assets. One must be selected and the description will auto-populate in the field to the right.
License number
The License number for the asset. This field is a text box.
Serial number
The Serial number for the asset. This field is a text box.
Current location
This field contains a choice-list. Select the appropriate location for the asset.
