If the optional Motor Pool module is installed, the Motor Pool menu provides access to the following screens:
Information about operators assigned to motor pool reservations; information about reservation vehicle requirements, including accounting, comments, dispatches, and returns; and message printing options for reservation and dispatch tickets
Equipment units, by type, that are available at motor pool locations for a specific time frame
Motor pool vehicle types available at a location for a specific time frame
Reservation attempts and vehicle types available when attempt was made
Screens on which to define motor pool setup options and pool vehicle types
